Sean Richards
Managing Director
Founder of Sitescene, Sean has spent more than 8 years creating and designing web based solutions. You will find Sean looking over the management of all projects to ensure that they meet Sitescene's strict standard of quality. Other duties include focusing on business growth, strategic planning, streamlining internal processes, setting entrepreneurial goals and generally cracking the whip.
Sean's 'can do' outlook on business and his general attitude to the workplace are the major driving force behind Sitescene's success in recent years. Sean completed his studies at La Trobe University completing 2 years in Computer Science and a further 3 years completing a Bachelor of Information Systems.
Matt Cordell
Web Development Manager
A recent addition to the Sitescene team, Matt brings with him 3 years of cutting edge web development experience. With his recent completion of his Bachelor of Design (Multimedia Systems) at RMIT, Matt has extensive knowledge in both the design and development of modern day websites.
Past experiences working in large and small business have given Matt an innovative approach to dealing with business models.
All of these traits combined make up a person that will known exactly how to point your business in the right direction on the web.
Matthew Sambell
Art Director
Matthew packs a tasty 9 years of industry experience delivering creative, powerful and engaging multimedia - specialising in designing across print, web, motion graphics topped with a superior talent in illustration. Matthew has extensive experience in combining appearance and usability to form a balanced design.
Matthew's experience stemmed from an illustrative and creative background and progressed him through various Graphic Design positions throughout creative companies within Melbourne working solutions for a wide range of commercial clients with responsibilities overseeing all creative design and conceptual development.
Due to his natural artistic talent, his work is always superior.

Nick Taranto-Grimes
Graphic Designer
After developing a strong appreciation for street at a young age, Nick gradually turned towards design and its multiple fields towards his later years of secondary school. He followed through with this desire by undertaking a degree in Communication Design at Swinburne's Faculty of Design. During his time at Swinburne, he was fortunate enough to study in Germany before graduating in 2008.
Now having a strong passion for print design and an ever growing involvement with pixels, Nick is working with Sitescene whilst pursuing a freelance career.
Tim Herbert
Senior Photographer & Image Retoucher
With over 10 years industry experience Timothy Herbert is heads up Sitescene's photographic division. Having worked for extended periods in Hiroshima and Dubai Tim is now based with the Sitescene team in Melbourne. Ongoing clients like Holden and SAAB make up a fraction of the blue chip companies Tim has produced for, amongst many others are The Fairfax Group, Bosch and Stihl.
Photography is a frequent key element in our products. Having access to somebody in-house who can deliver and consult on photographic assets strengthens us enormously. In an increasingly visual world Tim's expertise provides us with yet another edge over our competitors.
James Leckie
Lead System Architect Designer
With wide exposure in fields including; security, communications and open source technologies. James is able to design and implement cutting edge solutions to a range of Information, Communication, Technology (ICT) related issues.
Completing a Bachelor of Computer Science initially provided James with a solid background in ICT. He has further solidified his skills in industry, working on a range of projects including web based application development and enterprise network deployment and administration. With a personal interest in security and open source, James continues to develop and utilise these skills on a regular basis.
James brings to the Sitescene team a focus on security and large scale application design and implementation experience. Furthermore his skills in leveraging open source technology to provide a secure cost effective solution will ensure the competitiveness of our product.
Ryan Hughes
Lead Developer
Ryan develops the applications behind our more sophisticated websites. His primary strengths are in PHP programming within a LAMP infrastructure; additionally he is proficient with ASP and related Microsoft technologies.
His talents were largely self-taught, having studied programming from an early age. During 2006 Ryan acquired his ZCE in PHP development establishing himself professionally within the industry.
Due to his inherent perfectionism, Ryan's results are always clear, straightforward and easy to interpret, ensuring each of Sitescene's web-applications remains simple to maintain and work on well into the future.
